Q: Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
A: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system through PayPal. With PayPal you are welcome to use any Major credit card or use your own PayPal account if you wish, either way the transaction is completely secure.
Q: How will my product be shipped?
A: We offer multiple UPS shipping options, from ground to Next Day Air® Early A.M.®. Shipping is calculated based on the shipping address provided during checkout. In the event that our UPS calculation system is down, your order will be shipped UPS Ground. We charge $5/lb, up to $30 maximum. So if you order something that has a shipping weight of 10 lbs, you pay $30, not $50.
Q: How long will it take to for you to process and for me to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed 24/7/365. Orders are typically shipped same day based on availability and as long as they are received by 4pm ET. If for any reason the product you have chosen is not available, we will notify you immediately via email with the estimated shipping date.
